As a Portfolio Development Trainee, you will support the Portfolio Development Manager in monitoring all strategic projects, with a particular focus on regulatory initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in managing product portfolios across the Adriatica region. The role suits a detail‑driven student or recent graduate aiming to develop expertise in product lifecycle management, while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Data accuracy: Check and reconcile barcode database with inputs from logistics, sales, and other departments; validate PLM reference numbers for each SKU in scope.
• Compliance review: Review packaging layouts to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency with approved documentation.
• Project coordination: Assist the manager in status updates with factories and other respective teams; track actions and timelines.
  Sustainability documentation: Prepare materials and emails for suppliers and stakeholders involved in the EU Deforestation Regulation project.

Skills and qualifications

• Special attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data reconciliation;
• Clear, professional communication; ability to collaborate across functions.
• Good written and spoken English;
• Student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related field.
