At the moment we are looking to fill the position of:

Replenishment Specialist (Buyer)

Maintaining optimal inventory levels in the Dr. Max wholesale warehouse to meet Dr. Max pharmacy chain demand, minimize costs and avoid supply chain disruptions.

• Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels of drugs and other Dr. Max wholesale products, forecasting future demand, and optimizing needs
  
• Creating orders, tracking deliveries, and communicating with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  
• Forecasting Replenishment Needs Based on Market Analysis and Sales Data
  
• Creating inventory reports, requirements, and inventory analysis for management.
  
• Helping to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency
  

• Work experience in inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutial wholesale industry
  
• Ability to efficiently analyze demand, sales, and inventory data
  
• Ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and other key stakeholders
  
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and stock management programs and tools
  
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Understanding the regulations and standards related to the distribution of medicines, medical drugs and other products from Dr Max portfolio
  
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  

This position requires high precision, analyticality, and the ability to coordinate in order to ensure timely availability of products to pharmacies.
